Obituary for Patrick James Lennon

Patrick James Lennon, 76 of Fort Pierce, Florida passed away September 2, 2016 at his home.
Born January 13, 1940 in Manhattan, New York, he was the son of Michael and Johanna (Gilnegh) Lennon. He has lived in Fort Pierce for 15 years, coming from Freehold, NJ.
He had worked as a purchasing agent.
Patrick was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War serving with Co A, 1st Batallion, 38th Infantry Eighth Army. He received the National Defense Service Medal.
He was Roman Catholic and a member of St. Anastasia Catholic Church in Fort Pierce and the Knights of Columbus.
Patrick enjoyed fishing, boating and especially gardening.
Survivors include his wife, Amparo M. Lennon; sons, Jim (wife Pat), Danny and Andrew; grandchildren, Dustin and Carlee; brothers, Tommy and Hugh.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Willie and Mike.
Memorial Contributions may be made in Patrick’s memory to Disabled American Veterans, P. O. Box 14301, Cincinnati, OH 45250-0301.
